Buffalo Chicken Dip

I was attending a company bottle share and decided to go on a cooking rampage. I asked a few people if they could have anything in the world, what would you like to eat. The answer...Buffalo Chicken Dip. A standard pairing with hot sauce is IPA or a Lager, but I decided to change it up a bit. Add some depth with a dry cider with a hint of residual sweetness to round out the hot sauce.

Ingredients

1 lb Cream Cheese

1 C  Ranch Dressing

3/4 C Hot Sauce (I used Franks for this)

1/4 C Kurant Bees, or other dry cider

1 lb Shredded Chicken

Directions

It's really this easy: Whip all the ingredients together...DONE! Using a food processor worked best to mix the cream cheese and make it smooth, then add the chicken. You can also add shredded cheddar on top and bake it for 10 minutes!
